Communication is not just a skill it’s an act of love and curiosity about each other.

At the heart of all relationships whether romantic, or friendship lies communication. It’s the thread that connects two people , allowing understanding, trust and emotional safety to grow. Without it, even love can feel distant. Communication isn’t just about speaking it’s about listening truly listening to understand, not just to respond. It’s about being willing to share your inner world, your fears, your needs, and your hopes even when it feels uncomfortable. When communication breaks down assumptions takeover silence fills the space where honesty should be and distance quickly replaces connection. But when we find the courage to express ourselves openly and kindly, we build bridges instead of walls. Therapy can help you achieve this.
