Julieann made me feel at ease from day one and comes across as warm and relatable. In therapy Julieann helped me to address my self deprecating thought patterns and start being more compassionate towards myself. I find her approach to be one that will gently challenge your undesired patterns and empower you to love yourself enough to change. Very affirming and encouraging way of working.
